Re: Musical Tastes
I've been towing my car to various tracks since the mid 70's,the closest one being 400 mi.away.I would leave before midnight and drive through the night.Like clockwork I would start to nod off around 3 to 4 am.This track (along with others over the years) was like 5 cups of coffee and a Red Bull!.I had it on 8 track, cassette,CD,and now on stick, depends what decade it was.It saved my azz a few times!...gsa612

Re: Musical Tastes
Anybody a Todd Rundgren fan ... This is a catchy little tune off the Something/Anything album. Lots of reverb that was so popular (back then) towards end

Re: Musical Tastes
Hard to imagine Eric Clapton would idolize this ol' finger pickin' Okie folkie.
Don't believe me? Just watch his facial expressions here. (Eddie, this only counts as one ;-) )

Re: Musical Tastes
Going to listen to a lot of "hiway songs" in the next couple weeks as we transition from Smith, NV to Rancho Mirage, CA. All recommendation are welcome.
