I've seen them check the dielectric as well. You can possibly fool any one of the checks, color, specific gravity, or dielectric. But it's pretty hard to fool all three at once. Besides, they've been having trouble with C-12 fresh from the drum failing. I know one car with a complete new fuel system, that has never had anything but C-12 in it, that came close to failing this year already. With C-12 straight from the drum.

There are several check the NHRA can make, Specific Gravity, Dielectric Constant, Color, and other agents they mix with the fuel to detect oxygenates or prohibited additives.

Bob, That means they will check it tomorrow, be smart stick with the 110 oct... Was there any Qualifing sheets for Stock + SuperStock ...Good Luck.................. Dave...1033/stock (RV-455)
