Anybody have a good used set or know of a stocking dealer for new? I have tried all of the major mfgs, MW, Moser, Randy's, Motive, Strange etc, all out of stock. From what I understand, Richmond was the only one who made and distrubuted this ratio. They havent made any in awhile and have no intentions of doing so.
Also, are any of you Stocker guys running the street gears? or is Pro the only way to go? Wade |

Wade: Hope you're having a good winter. I use a Pro gear 12-bolt in my Olds stocker. I ran a street gear in my car for many years, but switched to a pro gear roughly 10 years ago after I started tearing them up, but my car weighs around 3,800 lbs. with me in it. I would tend to think that the majority of higher horsepower or heavy stockers are using Pro gears. I would think that your car would be fine with a street gear. That's my .02 worth.
