Re: Battery Charger
if the OP wanted a made in China, compact, won't overload, charge fast, has easy terminals to hook to your battery then CTEK would be the way to go but again, he said made in the USA!!

Re: Battery Charger
Maybe the OP should know that NOCO are designed in the USA and made in Vietnam, not China. And have great support, but it was just information, sorry to offend your intelligence.

Re: Battery Charger
ron, it's clearly your intelligence that has been taxed here!
The OP asked about chargers Made in the USA not chargers "designed'' in the USA! What part of that don't you understand? China, Mexico, Vietnam, it's all the same JUNK! The OP has 2 choices for made in the USA battery chargers, either the Interactor, including it's 2 private labels long proven to be reliable and functional for decades by racers or Associated. Re: Battery Charger
Gotcha on the made in part. That doesn't make room for hardly any US manufacturers. But in todays world there aren't too many items that don't have overseas connections. Auto manufacturers are a prime example.Like I said, it was just an option, and the way it looks, a good one.

Re: Battery Charger
Thankfully there are still companies who's products are MADE in the USA by American workers, who's tax money supports OUR cities, states, country and OUR military and who's disposable income supports OUR economy! You at 76 years old should be shouting AMEN to that!!

Re: Battery Charger
Fully support US, went to beautiful Vietnam before they were making chargers. Just about most things are made overseas nowadays, some cheap, some not so cheap. Comes down to usually you get what you pay for. Let's not forget all the manufacturers who cut back on quality or try to save a buck and have it made overseas. But that is business as they say. I love my country, but I do not trust my government, and there lyes (lies) the true abuser.

Re: Battery Charger
Posts # 2 & #3 strayed from the OP question. Mr. Fazio didn't seem to mind, he even "Liked" both post!
Then post #4 started with a "USA charger". Shortly after, around post #13 & after. The thread took on a little different life good or bad. Most of the thereafter postings were discussions & that's what forums are for. While a few wanted the thread locked, it still lives; at least for now. |

As far as I know, there's only one person that decides " Nuff said" & it's not you.

Re: Battery Charger
Getting ready to go to Bakersfield double and pulled out the battery charger and it's broke won't turn on. Not about to fool around trying to fix a 35+yr old charger.
Ordered a new one from Associated, USA made that I wouldn't have known about without this thread. (The useful comments) Thanks
