I don?t know Mr Vic but I cannot think of any reason he would be wrong. Everything about his program is first class. My guess would be a miss communication between GM and NHRA on the 23 COPO 402. I hope that is all it is a miss communication. This year he was Class of the field in FS/D

Yes, frustrating day yesterday and we were DQ’d . Unfortunately Gibtech, our piston supplier, did not follow up with NHRA TECH to ensure that the piston they sent to NHRA was received at NHRA, approved and added to the approved piston list. We were DQ’d because of that issue. The Pistons we received from Gibtech had all of the correct NHRA markings, but were not officially approved. We were told by Gibtech it was….Other than that issue, technically everything else on the car was legal and passed . While we were in the barn, Rob from Gibtech and Pat from NHRA met face to face at the tech barn to discuss. When we left the barn, Rob from Gibtech and Pat were communicating and Rob was to supply some emails NHRA to help resolve it. At this point and time NHRA was correct in DQing us.
