5.3 GM Parts Source
What's a good source for stock AC Delco/GM parts these days? Have gotten Chinese parts presented as GM off Amazon and Summit prices depend on who answers the phone. Want real GM stuff since it seems to go 350K to 500K miles. Rebuilding two 5.3 engines. Mainly looking for valve springs, retainers, locks, and rocker arms. Thanks.

Any parts under 100k used work for you? Springs we can check, retainers should be good, keepers, rocker arms. Either we get motors from yard with known mileage or when long blocks or just heads come in I could only go by condition or take owners word.

Your local dealer ???? Thats where I go most of the time. If you are just rebuilding them stock then E-loy springs and locks will work fine. No need to replace retainers that I can think of.

The PAC-1280X is a copy of the factory LS spring, just better processed.
