There was a court date in June for the race track .
Does anybody know if the track surface issues was resolved?

What I have read is that it is in arbitration and that is what started in June.

I have not found anything about the progress of that arbitration.

I also don't know if whoever is found at fault has the resources to fund any settlement.

Sad deal.

Yes, hate to see another track go away. With the court system, it will probably be years before settled or anything done to fix the surface.
