Default Lee Tuttle

I am very sorry to post that Lee Tuttle, long time D2 Stock racer passed away May 14th at a care center from a battle with a long time illness. Lee was known for his pristine Red R/SA Chevy Wagon and his Red small block Stock Eliminator Camaro that is currently owned by the Waters family. Services are pending. Jim

Always enjoyed visiting with Lee and his sidekick Bob Lundholm while racing in D2. In addition to racing his 66 wagon Lee worked for AC Delco for many years. GODSPEED !!!!!

Unhappy Re: Lee Tuttle

I sold him the R/SA, 66 Belair wagon. Nice guy. He did really well with that car. It started life as Frank Jordan's car, then Lee Sherman raced it, then I believe the Parker brothers, owned it, and I purchased it from Brian Morehead. I towed it to North Carolina (about 1990) where I met Lee, and he trailered it home. We spoke on the phone a couple times, but unfortunately, I never saw him again. He set records in T/SA, and maybe R/SA as well, not sure. Sad to hear he is gone.

R.I.P. Lee. May God bring comfort through His Holy Spirit to Lee's family and many friends.

Rest In Peace Lee. I remember traveling all over Division 2 when he was towing his wagon with a 1996 Buick Roadmaster. That was a sight to see. Lots of good memories.
He even ran a 327 in the wagon and I want to say it was in N/SA?
