We are getting closer and closer to the Annual Mid Atlantic .90 Banquest on March 16th..

Remember - Feb 16th is the cutoff to grab the discounted rate at the hotel, not saying you can’t not get a room after that but it will be significantly higher then the $139 discounted rate. When calling make sure you mention “MID” to get the discounted rate.

March 9th is the cutoff for tickets for the banquet, the total number will go into the catering hall that day so we can set tables and they know how much food to prepare. We will not except any RSVP after that unless someone drops out unexpectedly.

Happy Hour at the Hotel starts at 3pm, it is BYOB as we have a separate room set aside for that, the banquet starts 30 minutes earlier this year at 5:30pm so we can honor all the champs, dinner will be served starting at 6:30pm

Anyone who wants to donate a basket for the silent auction please let us know ASAP.
