Just where is it "implied" that the "Kid" (person younger than me) was not qualified to race nor purchase the car? He made a big, possibly fatal mistake. All that I said was it is a nice, fast car. Geez, that was a big expense for Weinle LOL. Insurance just have made him do it.

Seriously, when we did our first few events, we had a similar handout. Problem is , people would throw them on the the floor of their vehicles at the ticket gate, then come around and ask me questions that were already there in print.
The best thing to do is have a drivers meeting , especially when there are newbies involved. Everybody has to show up and listen to the rules and safety procedures.
I don't know who's running "The Beav" now, but they need to hear about this incident.

Again, Billy should have expected the worse this was his local track’s test/tune day/night, not a test/tune prior to a divisional run by the host track. I would never stage my cars on a local track’s test/tune day due to track conditions alone no mind the type of cars predominantly in the lanes.
