4400 on launch, .050 on stop 2300 rpm, off stop 2.75, 10.90@147 and change at the stripe works for me

Re: Super gas/comp/Street forums?
Lenny5160,
When running 9.90 I go on the stop at 0.001 and coast at 4150. I come off the stop in high gear. My 1/8 mile is 7.02 @ 131.83 compared to 1/8 mile WOT 4.66 @ 150.00 I lose 18-19 mph. |

You're about the highest MPH S/G guy that I know of. Probably coming off the stop around the 330 cone.

Re: Super gas/comp/Street forums?
I have a 57 chevy sbc mini blower I have been kicking the S/ST idea around. This would be just a fun car trying to run 10.80s flatout footbraking it. I'm usually red on a pro tree. I would give it a shot unless someone talks some sense into me. Has anyone ever won without all the electronics? Im sure there would be a train following me to the lanes.

another guy from Atco runs our .90 series sometimes and uses no electronics and is very good If I had a roll bar in my street /strip car I would use that as a back up without thinking twice. Give it a try you might get hooked I see you are from Pennsylvania come run one of our mid Atlantic .90 races, the tree is set at .500 not @ .470 it would be perfect to get some seat time
