Default RIP George Howard

Prayers to the family of George Howard. He allowed me to make my license runs many many years ago and loved class racing to the fullest!! He was a great promotor, great friend and former track owner of Montgomery Motorsports Park, Huntsville Drag way and Lassiter Mtn.

Sorry to hear that. George was a good guy who looked out for us when we raced the outlaw races at Huntsville.

RIP

George was the enervator of the Big Bracket races in the south. He owned or operator several tracks in Alabama that were very successful. He kept Drag Racing alive during the recession years when a lot of others failed. He is most known for the Million Dollar bracket race that lives very strongly till this day. He was involved in Pro Stock for several years in the 90's and loved Class Racing. I am very proud to be able to say he was a good friend and I and all of drag racing will miss him. Rest in peace my friend.
