Race Details for September 17th and 18th

All,

We have received a few questions about the races at New England Dragway this upcoming weekend due to Super Chevy going on and wanted to share information with everyone:

Racers will be allowed to enter Friday night (or Saturday night) per New England Dragway's typical policy. As posted previously, Saturday is the shoot-out race as well as a gamblers race. Anyone not qualified for the shoot out will have to pay a Super Chevy gate fee of $60 to enter the pits with race car. Entry into the pits will not be allowed without paying the $60 gate fee so if any racers only plan on spectating Saturday they will be asked to park outside in the spectator lot until Saturday night. Because of the bigger show, all spectators will be parking in the main spectator lot.

Also, the grass area where most racers typically park will be reserved for show cars and unavailable for parking. Please keep this in mind when entering the track.

Driving to work this weds morning listening to 107.3 WAAF and heard the ad for New England Dragway and the Super Chevy show. There is a nice spot early in the radio ad which highlights the ALL STAR STOCK SUPER STOCK SHOOTOUT as part of the Saturday program. Really nice to hear that. A nice surprise certainly
