Re: The newest Ford Mustang GT in NHRA Stock Eliminator-Phas
Awesome. The spirit of "Junior Stock" is alive and well. Can't wait to see more about build.

Already makes a fast Pure Stocker and do not have to add the roll bar.

Re: The newest Ford Mustang GT in NHRA Stock Eliminator-Phas
Alan,
Great documentation! I'm a huge fan of getting newer cars in Stock. They are plentiful and economical given their level of performance. And if you need a part there are dealers everywhere. Hopefully this encourages more folks to get newer iron out there.

Since the Engine is similar in all those years. IHRA maybe compliant and add those years. I take it you had a roll bar installed correct? Dan |

Re: The newest Ford Mustang GT in NHRA Stock Eliminator-Phas
This is really cool, taking a newer car and doing the "dime rocket" approach as opposed to all the other new cars (mustang/challenger/Camaro) that have massive $$$$ dumped into them.
I hope this works really well for you Alan, good luck. (and chronicle everything with pic's please!) |
