New Shop Being Built

My father wants to put up a new 30x40 metal building at his house in North Carolina and is going nuts trying to figure out the best solution. Any suggestions in regards to building configuration or building manufacturer? Also any suggestions on companies that erect these types of buildings. He has done months of homework but wants to know anybody's advice or suggestions. Thanks for any help!!!
