From NHRA.com today. "2014 Chevy COPO Camaro 450 CID engine removed. As GM opted to not build this combination."

No surprise at all. That motor would not have done well at all...

I can't speak to how good it would (or wouldn't) have been. I am not so sure that it didn't get killed because of pressure on the NHRA from outside. Why else would they change the rules weeks from the first Factory Stock race?
