Come on Mike...no FWD-conversion "jelly bean" cars. The sanction body wants new cars, not antiques.

P&G for the dispacement,boroscope for the flattops and bottom end inspection by way of access hole in the pan,make roller cams legal along with rockers. mabye dual plane cast intakes just to MAYBE keep costs in line, stock frt suspension and a max tire width (you pick it) with ladder bars or stock type suspension and a min weight...

could be done with minimum tech officials...and not much for teardowns.
