Any machinists set valves on an DOHC motor? - Page 2

I'm thinking of cutting the bosses down some Fabricating a wrench that I can use on there. Possibly drilling holes for set screws to stop the lifter from turning.
But this will probably be for next season.

Never mind . It looks like you don't have any room to close up the adjuster height any.
Yep. Machine the bosses down when you get the head off.

Rich is correct about the tappet wrenches, Sears sells them.They are about .250 thick.
