Re: here is a problem for you
No to all above. I am pretty sure the minimum is much lower than the index to receive the record.

Re: here is a problem for you
I think you're right. It used to go to minimum at .50 under. You had to go .501 or more to get the record. So Vic you'de have to go a blazing 12.499 or quicker.

Re: here is a problem for you
....with those numbers you could ask for HP reduction, I would ask for at least 50

Re: here is a problem for you
It would only count as 1 hit on the look meter of 1 under. Remember, Only final qualifying and all elim runs are used.
You would need 2 hits of 1 under for the ahfs to look at your average at the end of the review period. Being the only combo you would have the rest of the review period to get your average back down to where no hp would awarded. Less than .85 under |

Re: here is a problem for you
I don't think they use any runs at Nat'l Opens unless you run 1.20 or better under, then you get an auto hit.

Re: here is a problem for you
RPinoski, Vic said it an open race, only runs of 1.20 under or more count. no average`s of runs. Tom

Re: here is a problem for you
In rereading the ahfs it says nhra national and lucas oil. It is a gray area... It doesn't say nhra full throttle events so i read as "national" opens and sports"nationals" to be included.
Thanks for the clarification So the only place safe for Vic to set a record faster than 1 under but slower than 1.20 under is at a ntl' open? |
