Yesterday I finally got a start on my stocker project. Got the drivetrain out plus a few misc items out of under the hood;overflow, washer, charcoal canister, etc.
First out came the trans and this way is much easier than on the ground, lol. Then came the engine. This was nice doing it all at work. Heat, air, tools and a lift. Would love to have a garage set up like this. Now to get after the floor ( some rust ) then have the subframe connectors installed. I am hoping to find someone that can do both at the same time. I am not looking at having the body painted right now, but instead, trying to have the car running by next year. Kind of work any bugs out first. It would be nice if I can at least hit the index, then work down from there. Body and paint is waiting till next winter.

Rick,
Congradulations on getting your stocker project started, keep at it, don't let other things get in the way and putting off like I have done..... :-)
