If you are going to run a 71 Chevelle, the 425 hp 454 is a good choice, actually better than the 70 450hp 454. Read the blueprint specs and you will see the error that makes this a better combination. I can point you in the right direction on this combo.

K.Stubbs, I agree with your evaluation of `71 425/454 because of blueprint spec error. I have very nice set of heads (3984026), for this combo, would make a deal if someone needed them. What about a 283? Any builders out there? I had the name and number of a guy near the Oklahoma/Arkansas border, but I think I lost it.
