Default Pit Parking at Indy

Just read the e-mail, pit parking till 6:00 pm Friday, is this just for complete rigs coming back?
What if you left tour rig over there and are driving a car back, can you arive at say 8:00 pm and get to your motorhome ?

They better get hopping Saturday morning if they are running us at 8am but won't let us in Friday night. There are so few cars left why do they need to park us on the sportsman side? The PSB and ProMod guys are already setup in their spots.

Sounds like they are making all of us go through the main gate. This might turn into a cluster if you can't get over there early Friday.

Gate 8 is OPEN ( at 12.21 AM right now ). DO NOT Go through the main gate unless you are on the PRO side or you want to see 13 inches of water flooding the pits.

There is one motorhome over there that water is over the storage compartment bottom section.

Stay to the side AWAY from the track if you drive through or your car is likely to be water bogged.

The Local TV says over 3" last night. The pits looked ugly when we parked yesterday. I can not imagine SS or Stock TT this AM but we will have to see. Fall like weather.
