The question has been asked about classes for Super Stock Cudas and Darts. We will follow NHRA rules on these, and they will run SS/AH only. Remember, all classes will run on the 'old' indexes (current NHRA + .30), so SS/AH will run off a 9.60 Index.

In other news...

Additions to the U/SA Shootout sponsors...

$200 to beat any Jeff Teuton Mopar in the final because it's "the way I was brought up." and $50 to the runner up. (OK... $200/Win vs non Jeff Teuton Mopars as well)

Please note revised info on V & W cars on the previous page. I had it wrong. Per the IHRA Rulebook, "Class V and W are limited to 4 and 6 cylinder entries".

Fred "Skip" Lee, of ET Enterprises (www.etenterprises.com), maker of the HammerHead(TM) 12-Bolt rear end housing for independent rear suspensions has stepped up to join the Buckeye S/SS Series in presenting the Junior Stock Shootout on Friday night. Eligible cars will include K/S and K/SA on down, D/PS on down, SGT/G-F, and FWD Stockers -- FREE ENTRY! (No double entries: cannot run both Quick 32 and Jr Stock) With the additional sponsorship, we have bumped up the Junior Stock purse to pay: $700/Win, $400/RU, $200/Semis, and $100 to the Quarterfinals!

Fred and his son Jeff Lee were big supporters of the original U.S. Class Nationals, and we're excited to have them on board. Thanks for your support of the little guys!

LUCAS OIL CLASS ELIMINATIONS
Loose Rocker Promotions, LLC would like to extend a hearty welcome to Lucas Oil as the sponsor of Stock and Super Stock CLASS ELIMINATIONS! Every Class Winner will received an Iron Tree trophy and Lucas Oil Product. Remember folks, as an independent event, there's NO AHFS... time to let it all hang out! There's also no "Class Single Combos". If you're the only car in your Class, you won Class. (Granted, it might be tough to find a place to hide when everybody on the PLANET shows up for the Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals!)

It cannot be overstated just how much Lucas Oil has done for sportsman racing, and it means a great deal to us that they are supporting this event -- supporting YOU. Show them some love, "LIKE" their Facebook page, and visit www.lucasoil.com.

We are humbled by the tremendous outpouring of support from all of our sponsors large and small, totaling over $20,000 in cash and prizes so far -- all for the Stock & Super Stock community. When you purchase any product, your choice counts -- please keep in mind each and every one of the Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals sponsors!

I was wondering if there was a way to rent a bed and shower from one of the motor homes towing to the Class Nationals instead of having to rent a motel room for the weekend.

I will be driving my car to the race.
Would save time driving back and forth.

If there are any musicians can bring my guitar, mandolin and music.
Have a jam in the evening.

Dan you can camp with a tent like Chris Stephenson did when he first started. The truck stops are close so you can get a shower for ten dollars.

We've been making a ton of announcements over the past couple of months...probably hard to keep up with it all! You can see how everything has come together thus far with an expanded event flyer available at www.looserocker.com/ncn

Thumbnails...

You can view larger .jpg's on the website, and there's a PDF version available there as well.

Any time we add a sponsor, the online flyer will be updated. Working on the first print run of flyers now, then will do another print run this winter when we have more sponsors/info finalized. Lots of verbal commitments and interest in the pipeline... we're far from done!

This is YOUR race. Thank you for all of your support!

This sounds like it's going to be a really great event. I should start putting the Firebird back together.

Thanks !!
That is a really good solution I never ever knew about.
Need to look into that..

My issue is that I drive the Impala to the races.
Have to prep the car for racing and then the motel and repeat process.

Would love to tow but have no place to store a trailer.
