Anybody who hasn't had gator tail or steaks doesn't know what they are missing! You can get gator just a bout anywhere down here. Batter it and fry it and serve with horseradish or ranch dressing, pan baked sweet corn bread and BBQ beans and you have a great meal! Jim

Anyone ship that stuff?
We had a wine tasting here, that included dinner consisting of exotics, alligator, rattlesnake, etc. etc. My lady friend kept looking around for something less interesting..And went home a little tipsy because she didn't eat enough to make up for the wine she drank. Maybe it was just the wine. But for me, as long as they are dead and cooked, I am up for some! I have my horseradish ready. And that corn bread and beans sounds pretty darned good too. Also, I found just the right stemware for my wine when I am eating gator. Sam's Club has Mason jars with lids, molded right onto glass stems.
