Looks like I am going to dive into this Copo thing?hesitantly?lol! Looking to see what others (if they are willing to educate me a little), have found on overall gearing on my 2022 572 stocker. I have never taken it down the track, but I have seen a slip on it and have a hard time believing the ratio?s are correct for the application. I know there are hardly any 572?s being run in stock, but some similar horsepower and weight combinations may prove helpful (torque will be off). I am looking at a little over 3,500 pounds for one class and roughly 3650 for another. Coan three speed, currently 2:22, 1:40 trans ratio, 4:29 rear gear and of course 29 inch tire. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated!

The max RPM and MPH you're expecting/ planning to cross the line at in 3rd gear will determine your rear gear ratio based on the tire size.
