Why don?t we do this, have another pandemic and lock people down, masks. The airlines will have less business and use less fuel, restaurants will close or serve less customers so they require less food deliveries and less fuel is used. Under the rule of ?supply and demand? Big Oil will lower the price of gas and all be made right. So what happened when people were told the pandemic was over?they got out and traveled, eat out more. Again, rule of ?supply and demand? applies than throw in a little corporate greed. There you have it!

There is no such thing as corporate greed. Why do so called informed keep repeating that? Corporations by law have a fiduciary to shareholders, one of which is apparently Eddie. Divest from them if you don't like their operation.
