Lucas type F or in a pinch WalMart type F. Change oil every 20 runs oil and oil and filter every 40 runs.

I have used both ATI and regular Type F. Never saw a difference. I would like to think that the ATI would hold up better to heat. I don’t run a trans cooler even though I should.

I have had good luck with ATF4 synthetic fluid.
