Just FWD and stock trucks are allowed .430 lift or factory, if greater. That lift difference is negligible. If you're doing good, you can get all you're allowed at the valve. Somebody might have a .400 lift cam that you could roll and see how it comes up.

if they check lift at the retainer than do you calculate for lash when ordering a cam since everyone is allowed solid lifters now and roller rockers if you lash the cam at .016 would your order a .426 lift cam instead of a .410 to try to get all of it because there not worried about the cam card just lift at the retainer?
