Thanks Billy. It was just a thought because the car is in good condition and the price isn't bad. I have been thinking about running Q with a 283/220/217 in my car. I see someone in division 5 is running that combination. |

With a 614 gear, 3 speed and the good springs and rockers that we can run now I should be able to play with the slower cars. I blew up my good 283/195/175 motor at the Gators in 2004. I found out that the small Rochester 2bbl creates vacuum at higher rpm and pulls the power valve off. Last edited by Timetraveler; 12-19-2017 at 08:09 PM. |
