I did not want to get into an argument over this subject! You are correct in stating, that any good front end tech, using stock parts, can align a 1968 & newer Chevy 2 front end, like the 1969 that you race. The 1962-67 Chevy 2, is a totally defferent ball game. Just ask anyone that races one. Having said this I will sign off now as we are not talking about the same thing. Eddie ,I believe James also owns an early Chevy II SS'er. I don't know who built it originally.
James, this is easy enough to settle. Just post a picture of your steering assembly. We're going to assume then ,that it has stock length tie rods, center link, steering arms,and idler arms. Just a regular alignment , like you'd get at the tire store. Eddie, you know you can have a logo posted here, as part of your sponsorship package, right?

Question about bump steer?
When the front wheels come up in the air and come down and they wobble like crazy for a few seconds is this what is considered bump steer?? |
