Hey Clint.
Even tho it does physically look like a Zero the second digit on a Mopar from that era is always a letter designation. I agree with you it does look like a zero but it is not. First time Ive taken notice of that. The body numbers or shipping order numbers that are stamped both on the body and the fender tag are zeros, and look xactly like the "O" (oh) on the Vin plate on the dash Heres a web page you can check out http://www.allpar.com/mopar/vin-decoder.html LO23 is 100% for sure EL-OH23 liteweight |
