The lock kit looks handy. I made mine with parts from Menards. Don't forget the CJ faux gas cap.

I was gonna to make something also, this was pretty easy using the kit. .....the faux gas cap is all I am missing (body wise) not sure if there any are left

I used dry ice...made it much easier.

Thanks Rich, I have been using a heat gun and gasket scraper, works OK, seam sealer is 1/2" thick, and 1-2 inches wide, and there is lots of it.

The dry ice makes it brittle and it come up in big chunks/flakes instead of smearing.
