No difference it's all BS

Fast guys will still be fast intake or not. But that extra gear really changes the car.

I didn't think it would have to be explained, but I will try......

The transmission rule change, which I don't agree with, was not made for one specific application, unlike the MOPAR manifold rule change....

The transmission change will mean that if a racer wants to build a racecar with a MOPAR PowerFlite or FORD Ford-O-Matic 2 speed transmissions they can upgrade to a 3 speed...

This manifold change ONLY benefits MOPAR and is not an across board rule change....

See the difference??????

I guess that you are an "Older Racer"???????

I wouldn't think that a top loader or hemi 4 speed would be in any of the faster Mopar or Ford Stockers???????

I could be wrong??????

They could run one if they wanted.....

I'm not sure how to make that manifold fit on a Chevy or Ford??????

Yea, his sucker is bigger than mine, not fair.
The only racers this manifold will hurt are the 340 cars, once they start going faster here comes the HP increase, the rest of us got to catch up or join in unless they put the increase on the LD340 and leave the cast iron manifold like now. Parts are getting scarce for everybody after 50 years and as for the Jerico, the Ford and Chrysler trans didn't explode on the track like that "rock crusher" or Snagle tooth. And the three speed was a tremdous gain for the few small cube PG racers. And yes I'm older than dirt.

Ya so let's wait till a heads up final and get beat because he has played the average game very well and doesn't have to worry about 1.0 under run .
Are you new ? Lol or understand how the system works that still gives the advantages to having a fast car ...
There is now a good reason to have the rules in forced with Indy being a non AHFS race.
Just my 2 cents

So, nobody plays that game now?
Do you really think that intake is going to make them that much faster, like nitrous or something? Heck the stock intake is hogged out and acid ported to the hilt now, along with everybody else's. Even Chrysler said the stock intake was the best and the LD340 wasn't better, just lighter.

There are no 50s Mopars listed in the guide.
