On my buddy's El Camino, we went above the rear window and partially through the rear window trim, as we wanted the hoop to be as high as possible. It turned out very nice.
Sorry if 67 if completely different than a 65...

Sorry guys - I should have updated this thread long ago. Roll bar is off the burner as this one is going to remain on the street for now.
