Lynnwood Craft.

cool link: http://dragillustrated.com/north-car...013-inductees/

Maybe someone in the area could contact him and find out the history of his Dart ??????
Charlie,
I called Lynwood and he said that he purchased the car from Bob Hodge when it was almost new in 1968. Bob had only run the car a few times. Lynwood sold the car to Max Hurley and Max sold it to someone in Georgia who totaled it. Lynwood said he heard that the only thing left was the rearend housing.
best regards, Roland

that is the one, I worked with a guy years ago who wrenched on the car for Bob Hodge but until today I did not know that it was the same one that Lynwood had. Lynwood also drove the Skarbeck Cuda some before he purchased the Dart. His partner in the Dart was named Bishop and is still alive but has Alzheimer's.

Wish we could connect all the dots for Daryl and his LO23.
The search for his car's past has evolved into this historical report of almost every Dart EXCEPT his.

Charlie,

When I got home last night and was reading the newspaper I saw that Bob Hodge died Tuesday. He was 80 years old and a retired machinist.

Sad news. But those of us that lived those days are all "seniors" by most definitions.
Cool thing is we lived what others are studying!
