Do I have to use a aluminum hood and aluminum hemi scoop to be stock eliminator legal? All steel? Or can I use a steel hood with fiberglass hemi scoop? Who runs this combo? Tom Nolan
According to the NHRA Classification Guide you can run either steel or aluminum but you can't intermix them. If you run steel you can't use a hood scoop and unless you are running IHRA you can't use fiberglass components.
