Quadrajet Gasket and tuning

For the gaskets your allowed two, we run the 4 hole on the bottom open on the top(worth some torque). I would test the flow on the pump it should overflow a gallon container in 30 sec. through the reg. at 7psi. If that checks ok check the sec. side of the carb, how do the plugs look after a pass.
