Head gasket ?

You might also look at Victor #5745 approx. 3.800 and .025 thick - I believe it's made for a 305 too.

G.M. Still makes the # 10105115 which is the cross up of the # 14085906/#462690. Fits the bore nicely. They were also done by McCord with the part # 6908. I do have a good selection of all the N.O.S. stuff but if I ever sell the car they go with it.
