My hardtail ran 7.70's. I had the most consistant luck going on the stop @ .30 & shifting @ .80. I tried it @ .10, and had a little more mph, but "my combination" was more consistant @ .30.

I think this is a good starting point. You want just enough time at full power to get the car out of the beams. I use .25 shift at .8 on my hard tail car that runs low 7.60s all out.
