if I'm not mistaken , the Norn Noddle car became a roadster in it's last days. Could that be the car your are referring too

Here's a factory photo of the fiberglass parts they used back then on the 1965 AWB cars they built...it all weighed only 80 pounds.

The '65 Melrose Missle car also went through the "metamorphisis" of SS to A/FX to roadster. Cecil Yother says he still has the car,, I'd like to see it and photograph it if I can. Hopefully, I'll run into Cecil next month when the swap meet season kicks off up here. See Hemi Moose's post # 81.

Danny, I believe there isn't much left of the original car only a few parts off it...it seems that the 'acid dipped' body didn't hold up the test of time...I did here several years ago that someone was helping restore it.
