Also, the crate motor must be on the IHRA approved list.

There's an approved 454 crate motor that's rated at 425 HP, similar to an A/Stocker.
At 8.00 lbs per HP, the car without driver would weigh 3400, and 3570 with driver, and it will fall in D/CM.
