Zinc drain plug in radiator and other places you put them like intake manifold heater core plugs helps with the corrosion thing .

Did you have any luck finding a New Weiand Team G Oval Port intake ?? Did you ever look at a Brodix HV 2007 for your project ?

I have had -40 RV antifreeze freeze in the container. I was told by the manufacture that RV antifreeze does not expand when frozen, so the pipes etc will not burst, unless you have water mixed with it.
