I guess they made 75 340 Swingers in '71, but they all went to Canada, as you say. I actually thought about trying to run this car with a 318 combo, but that tiny two barrel carb is going to be beyond my abilities.

That's why I was trying to get a barometer on what I'd have to do to run this car as a '70 in competition. The sheet metal (except rear bumper) is all the same, but I was curious how concourse they get about side trim and emblem placement type stuff.

Us civilians hear all kinds of horror stories about how people get kicked for not having the correct fog lights, but then you also hear that they don't do things that way anymore.

It would be a real kick in the jewels to show up for a race and get kicked for a bench seat, or a non-rally dash, and its not like any of this stuff is in the rules.

My interest is more in running the Chally than the Dart, I just wanted to get a theoretical case going.
