are you allowed to remove metal from behind the door panels or rear side panels

ideas to remove weight---Heater/AC components---batteries---water pump-- 4 or 6 cylinder radiator---all pulleys/belts etc not mandatory---power brakes/steering convert to manual stuff---clean out most everything under the dash---liteweight carpeting- consoles--door guard beams---scrape all the body sealer/undercoating off the underneath/ inside of body---aluminum impact bumper/s---Comp 387

No. And your not allowed to remove any bracing or supports from other areas either, like bumper brackets or bumper energy absorption parts.
