Charlie,
I would recommend filling the block. The last one I bored .060" only had about .075" of cylinder wall left. This is easy to measure after you drop a valve. thanks, Roland |

Charlie, my machinest says the 5.0 Ford blocks are fairly weak in the cylinder wall department, so he even Hard Blocked my engine, even at only .030".

The org. Boss 302 blocks will go .060 or if you are brave .080 over ask Fadely or Mike Edwards

I fill everything .030 & up. even if you do a "short fill" that will help.
