i recomend ram. i had a long adj. plate and a hays wheel that i sent them and they set it up with a sintered iron disc to sfi spec. it was a little over 500 complete.

how do you like the iron plate?
THAT's what i'm trying to decide on anyway...
that and how many "pads"...
i AM leaning toward the B&B Ram adjustable (think it's like 2200# to 2500#)...
