Default Re: Moroso front springs / 69 Camaro stocker

You can buy a set of Santhuff ($180) 200 or 225 lb springs, which are taller than the Moroso's ($90). You can buy the Moroso 213 Lb small block springs for a big block and only cut 1/4 off of the passenger side to offset the driver wgt difference and don't cut anything off of the drivers side.

I have used a set of 225lb springs (BBC Alum Head) and cut 2.25 coils(Drivers) and 2.25 coils(passenger), which was a mistake. I should have listened and only cut the driver 1/4 and the pass 1/2. The driver inner fender is now rubbing the tire, which is why I'm changing. Trial and Error is all I can say and only cut a 1/4 at a time which I didn't do.
