1967 Camaro Super Stock Project

This is my first post so I hope I am in the correct section. I am in the middle of restoring my Camaro don’t know which class I will be running yet. The car is at the body shop, done in about two months, the motor is at the machine shop, done in about a month. This is what I have so far. All metal body with Hotchkis subframe connectors. The motor is a GM Bow tie with a 4.5 inch bore and I will be using a 4.25 Crank. We will be shooting for 750 HP and a 4th gear rpm of around 7100 across the line, I want to use a manual trans. I also want to purchased a 9 in rear with 35 spline axels from quick performance. Just wanted to know if anyone has transmission and rear end ratios and also if a TREMEC TKX 5 speed would work?
