SS/SBC 1970 350/360 or 370

Racers,

I am considering building a SS/GT with the 350/360or370. I like that combo because of the Holley carb, dome piston, and bigger valves. [all good things].

*The Car would be my 1982 Camaro Lamplighter because it will take only a few minor changes to make that body legal. Plus, they are proven, performers.

Questions:

*The specs I see are mostly the same for the 360 or 370 engine, so I expect the 360 factored to whatever is the best choice.

*A number of the classic SBC heads are legal. Does any casting hold any advantage? The heads with the bolt holes on end are convenient. I intend to use OE castings, not aftermarket.

*I am open to any experience or thoughts.
