There is the issue, entering legally. Our immigration system has been broken for years. In the 20s, wasn`t the US Government encouraging immigrants to come to the US, even giving them "free" land to farm, to help expand the countries population? Don`t think anybody feels that the US needs to be giving away land anymore.
